Terms & Conditions

Effective from: 1 May 2007

In this terms and conditions, "you" means the customer, "nominated person" means any person appointed by the customer, who will receive the goods on his/her behalf, "services" means all of the operations and services provided or to be provided by Nappy Online. By using the Nappy Online registration form you acknowledge that have read and understood these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

PRICING Subject to the conditions below, the prices set out in the order form are effective as of the date therein indicated. All prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, MasterCard and Visa. 1.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit card payment. Nappy Online retains the title to the products ordered by you, until full payment including freight if applicable is received.

DELIVERY TERMS All Products are delivered to customer’s residential or office address, indicated in the order form or mentioned to our customer service representative when placing a telephone order. This address must be located in Perth metropolitan area (other cities to be included in future). Orders, once received, are delivered in two to three business days.

LIABILITY Nappy Online shall not be liable for injury or damage to, destruction or loss arising out of or incidental to or in connection with or occurring during the provision of the services or for the mis-delivery or non-delivery of the Goods and whether or not caused by the default (including negligence) of Nappy Online or any agent, servant or Office of Nappy Online or any other person entitled to the benefit of these conditions.

FAILURE TO DELIVER In case a customer cancels the order once the delivery is in progress or attempted, an AUD $10.00 fee will be charged to the customer’s account. If Nappy Online does not find anyone at the specified address according to customer instructions; customers will be contacted by phone to vertify the address. Incase Nappy Online cannot deliver the order after two attempts, the order will be considered cancelled and the customer will be charged AUD $10 for delivery and administration fees.

PRODUCT AVAILIBILITY Nappy Online will attempt to ensure availability of all products advertised, but cannot guarantee their availability at the time of receiving customer’s order. In such event, Nappy Online will try to contact the customer to look for an alternative product or a new delivery date based on the information available.

CANCELLATION Once order has been received and processed by Nappy Online, any change to the order will incur a AUD $10 fee. Nappy Online reserves the right to waive this fee.

CHANGES IN PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED BY NAPPY ONLINE From time to time Nappy Online suppliers may change and/or discontinue particular products. Nappy Online can also change composition of their combos or selection of products available at any time without notice.

RETURN and REFUND No return is possible if products have been opened, unless product is faulty. If delivery contains products not selected by the customer when the order was placed Nappy Online will exchange products providing products have not been used or opened and the customer contacts Nappy Online within one week from the time of delivery with proof of purchase. Customer must pay return freight costs ($12.00 per parcel)to Nappy Online when error in ordering was due to the customer and not to Nappy Online. Damaged goods and missing products must be advised to Nappy Online within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Faulty goods should be returned to Nappy Online by customer in order to claim a replacement. Swap nappies if possible, if babies grow out the size that customers ordered and nappy box is unopened. $3 handleing fee and $12.00 delivery fee and the difference between nappies should be paid before delivery. No freight cost if customer come to our warehouse to swap nappies.

DELIVERY CHARGES Delivery charges are not refundable, once the order is processed. If you have changed your mind about your online purchase then all return delivery charges ($12.00/parcel for Perth metro and standard postage to other areas) are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY PRODUCTS Opened packs cannot be returned unless faulty or prior approval has been given. Most of our products have a manufacturer’s warranty. Should a product that we have supplied to you be faulty please contact us and our sales team can advise you of the appropriate course of action. In some cases you will need to direct your concerns to the manufacturer and in others we can assist you with the exchange directly. Most of the case, faulty goods are required to be returned to our warehouse by customers in order to claim a replacement.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received
  • Any item where the internal packaging has been opened or damaged
  • We are unable to receive returns of opened washable products (unless faulty) due to health regulations

Please note we reserve the right to reject a return if any of the above conditions apply or in the case of excessive returns.

NOTE Nappy Online may decide at any time and at its absolute discretion to discontinue supplying products to the customer. Without limiting this discretion (and by way of examples only), such termination may occur if:

1. There are a number of orders where Nappy Online has to go to the customer’s address at least twice.
2. Customer's nominated credit card failed to fund purchases made.
